Updatey Poo!

Quick breakdown. No fill the other day, the NP said I was doing phenominal w/ slow and steady weightloss, no gains from appt to appt. So no fill. I had mixed emotions about it. I'd like a bit of tightness but she's right, when I do eat properly and don't drink w/ meals I have great restriction, so I'll deal with it. I should go back in 4 wks!

I registered for the Laughlin RiverRun Half Marathon in Laughlin, Az on March 27th! Aimme and I will be doing it together, meeting up for the weekend! I'm stoked! I have not "trained" since my hike 5 days ago. The first few days I took off to recoop, but since then I've had no time. And I see no time in my schedule until Saturday morning, so I will make it a huge priority then, try to do 2 hrs or something. I am stoked though!!!

I was trying to think if I had any new pics I hadn't shared w/ you guys yet...AND I DO! YAY!

Mom took this pic of me b/c she kept sayin my booty was noticeably smaller and I didn't believe her. This is me wearin' my size 16 Merona jeans I believe.


Just for comparison sake. This pic of me and my mom was taken in Sept '09. I can't remember how far down I was but my mom had just lost 35-40 on the HCG diet in 2 mths. So we did this pic together! I've always been bigger than my mom, so I can't wait to get down close to her size!


This is us the other day, Feb '10. She is makin' a silly face but this is a good one of both of our bodies. And my hair was a bit poofy that day from rain, but I think we are adorable! haha!

Happy Friday everybody! I'm going in an hr and a half earlier than normal to work a 10 hr day on my DAY OFF! eeeeeeh! Gotta make up some time!

Woah...dude...it has been FOR-EV-ER!!!

Well here I am, once again starring at a computer screen to share my life or a story with an audience I cannot touch or see. I came to this blog because I am trying to get into my writing professionally part-time to follow this huge passion of mine and in doing so I had to find and share the links to a blog I "used" to write on. Let's get MENTAL!!!

...Lol, that makes me think "Let's get physical, physical, physical"!!! (emailed myself while at gym) There's this skinny chic at the gym I was watching run. Had to be 110-120 lbs. She ran a 13 min mile. I thought her tiny body could've gone much faster, my sister does!! (Go Jennypoo!) But she had super perfect form. Her arms and shoulders never faltered, go her! Seriously though, I think she was running on her tip toes, I'll have to try that. Hehe! THEN this hot, hot guy gets on a treadmill and sets it at 6.0 (!!) For his warm up! Damn it man!!!! Yes, I am a people watcher...keeps me entertained! :P (after gym) Running: So I couldn't run on my toes. Did my best to run my 1 mile (to check my speed) and I did it in 14.2 minutes. Not awful, but I did struggle. Maybe the leg soreness… Cycling: Then I did 6.3 miles cycling and I swear I thought I was gonna die!!! (Half way thru!)
