Measurements #7
So I forgot to do my monthly measurements in Dec so I waited another full month to do them this month. So it has been 2 mths now since I did my last ones. I try to keep my stats updated over on the right incase anyone wants to know anything about my progress without having to ask.
Here are my stats in January:

For a total of 8.5 inches lost! I am stoked at the difference in my hips and thighs and that has to be from the elliptical and running! It is so reassuring and exciting to see a difference when you put that much effort into it! Yay! I can tell a difference daily when I look in the mirror, I see a major difference in the last 10 lbs! As my legs and hips shrink, the shrinkage of my tummy is slowing down a bit. It's like I lost it on upper body first and now lower body is catching up. But I really don't want to be disproportionate and so I'm going to talk to a trainer at my gym about if I should add strengthening to my core, or just keep burning fat with the cardio. So I'll let you guys know what he says!
