my routine thru the wk!
This is what im implementing this wk! LF coffee from home, cheese square and LF yogurt on my way to work,no more am snack, 1 1/2 cup of spaghetti (left overs from dinner) for lunch, no afternoon snack, and a healthy dinner. Dinner is harder for me :( portions for dinner, that is.
My crazy hunger is mostly gone now, maybe i just needed to starve myself a few days and retrain my stomach, but all is well! Got that end of yr goal to meet! No time for exercise right now but im very fortunate i havent gained with my last 2 wks of inactivity. I mustve somehow boosyed my metabolism somehow. Yes!!!

Ps. Lloyd and i are great!! He gave me a garage door opener to his house sunday! Lol! Just like a key, a big step! :-D AND i got to meet two of his friends....hes slowly introducing me to his circle! Good sign, big move in the "committed men" world!
