water and such!!!

This is how I get my water. It holds 32 oz and I shoot to get in 3 a day! Like yesterday for example, I hadn't finished one by lunch so I was starring at it at 16 oz n I say in my head "I bet I can drink u to 12! Ha!" And I did!!! Like I'm challenging it....or maybe its challenging me!

I find it much easier to EAT working! Whether that's portions or choices, I only bring healthy food to work for lunch n snacks. However, I have eaten MORE food in the last two days...and lost 1.5 lbs!!!!! Wth!!!! Crazy. So I'm officially at 211.5 BUT... I had like 2200 cals yesterday. I don't remember exact amount but my food is public on myfitnesspal, if u wanna check it out. Tuesday was about the same but I can't remember exactly.

Fourth day here and I like it so far! Still in training n I can't wait to get on the phone and computer, and especially get MY computer and MY desk!!!! I already know where it is and whisper to it as I walk daily!

  3. Yeay, water is still an issue. I get good, then I get bad, I waiver and then I have a glass of wine....

    drinking water as I type though (wishing it was wine).
