Go-Chica-Go Challenge!!!
There's a new challenge in the 'hood ladies!!! Ok so, this was Draz and Joey's idea to do a challenge before we go to BOOB'S in Chicago the end of September. They say anyone can participate, whether goin' to Chicago or not. Instead of competing on losing pounds and percentages, they are doing this one based off amount of workouts and miles either ran or cycled!!! It should be fun, it's different and ALL of our bodies need exercise!
Now for logging: For the runners and cyclers out there, www.dailymile.com is a GREAT site for logging mileage. It even gives you a link to put up a widget ON your blog to show your daily miles, weekly miles, and total miles. (Mine is to the right) It's super awesome! I think you just email Draz if you want to participate, we'll somehow let her know what we've accomplished (maybe weekly or something) and then she keeps a tally going. Refer to her blog "HERE" for all details!!!
