Picture Post!!!

This is a pic of me from Jan '10

This is a pic from July '10

It is AMAZING to me the difference in my face in half a year. I remember in Jan I thought I looked GOOD but now I see I look better! It's neat. I have no clue what my face will look like when I get to goal! I hope it's not all skinny, hollow, and collapsed, hehe!

Now I would like to take a brief moment (the rest of this blog) to complain about my skin :/ sigh.

Me laid back in my bed w/ my leg up and my thigh looks "ok"...

But then HERE you can see how I can pinch, how much is skin. Ugh! This moment made me realize I could use a full body lift to pull up the outer thighs as well (rather than JUST a tummy tuck)! :(

Ok so this is a side shot you guys have seen of me plenty of times. I wasn't suckin' in or nothin' just lettin' it all hang in the wind! But I was actually focused on my outer thighs. My inner thighs have been "blah" for months and months, and I knew from Day 1 they would be awful but they are easier to hide so I figured "no worries". But NOW my outer thighs are killing me. I'm losing inches in my thighs every month but yet they still look the same. So I took this pic to show the same cellulite dimples I've always had, maybe only decreased a tiny big. Then...

THIS pic! This is me holding up my "side" fat so that it pulls my outer thighs and butt UP (this is what happens in a full body lift, or a lower body lift). OMG can you see that? My toosh looks phenominal, barely any cellulite on my thighs and it just all looks so smooth and wonderful! Without losing any more weight, I love THAT thigh! I want THAT thigh! sigh. You can also see in that pic where I'm pulling up part of my stomach and where my hand is is where my hip bone and abs are...the rest is stomach skin. ugh!

NOW, I do like this pic. This is when I was in Ark getting ready to go out with friends. Fresh out of the shower and all lubed up I thought I looked so hott I needed to take a pic, ha! My thigh looks good here glistening from baby oil and light radiating off of it, lol!

NOW, this is what I call a "nice rack"! I've called my chest that since I was 16 and around 18 some of my guy friends even nicknamed me "the rack" b/c I wore super low cut tops and...well...I had a nice rack! :P And really, even now, I wouldn't complain about them. This is how I see them. When I am bra-less at home, no worries. I've had two kids and lost a bunch of weight, they are bound to sad. But that is something that is natural to me, the sag is NOT awful or even a little bad. BUT.....

THIS happened the other day! I mean...seriously?? I was squeezin' my D boobies into a Lg workout bra (sometimes there is a struggle) and THIS happened. It looks like my boob skidded down, to a halt, as it was SUPPOSED to go IN the bra. I dunno, but I just left it sittin' there, starring in the mirror in disbelief at the sight before me. Then I grabbed my phone b/c I knew I had to take a pic to share with you guys. THIS is extra boobie skin! lol! I never knew I had that before! It's so hilarious to me! Doesn't it look wild? I'm only 25!!!! Oh well, such is life. 2 babies and almost 90 lbs down, ehhhh! I'd rather have a skidded boobie than 80+ lbs back on my body! :D

So...what have we learned today? Well do not think for one moment I am down or bummed. If anything, I enjoy laughing at myself. While I was on a blogging hiatus (vacation!!!) I took a ton of pictures and had some major downtime and just seemed to do a lot of body checks! :P So what I've learned is I am for SURE doing a tummy tuck...someday. And that a lower body lift (where the incision from a tummy tuck goes ALL the way around your body so that they can pull UP your toosh, and thighs and pull DOWN your back to get rid of back rolls) may be in the forecast as well. I had always figured I'd treat myself to a breast lift "for fun"  after I was done w/ kids but saggy boobs are easier to hide then rippley inner thighs. So an inner thigh lift may happen as well, that is a wait and see kinda thing b/c I can wear a skirted bathing suit and they are not noticeable.

So I am super happy to be home! well...that's a lie. A little happy. But mostly happy to plan my move to Ark b/c I had a blast there and it became apparent to me that it is the right thing to do. Konnor enjoyed his extra week with his Dad and I enjoyed his time away as well...as did Riley. Now it's time to focus on my college classes soon, Riley started 1st grade a few days ago (that's an adjustment in itself), new writting for my column, start writing for the photography column, setting up school stuff for Arkansas, and finding a house to live in IN Arkansas. So lots to do over the next coming months. I'll blog about the trip and move details in another blog later!!! I love you lovelies!!!!

xoxo,
Libby Lou!

Edit: PS. When I weighed 205 at my Aunt's house, her scale had to be wrong. Because I left home weighing 209 and got home weighing 211, which seems sufficient b/c I ate like crapola the first half and watched my food the second half, of the trip. So a 2 lb gain makes much more sense than losing 4 lbs on the road. All is well though. Sitting at 211 now. Hoping for 208 in the next week!

  3. well personally i think all your bits look fab!!! Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you're not bummed out about the changes. I agree that some saggy skin is MUCH prefereable to tons of added weight

  4. Oohhhhh this was so interesting!

I cant imagine myself having the balls to post pics like this.

I imagine in time things will all kind of tighten up after time, you are still so young. Im hoping that my skin bounces back because im younger..... unless we can afford plastic surgery i think someitmes we need to see ourselves in different lights.

  5. Got to love (not) the excess skin factor in our weight loss journeys :)
On the other hand; you are still looking great.

  6. I think we always perceive ourselves to look worse than we really do. You and I are pretty much right at the same weight right now, and your thighs look WAY better than mine do!

Well, they look about the same laying down, but standing up?? Not so much. *laugh*

I've got the wrinkle boobs thing going on too. Here's hoping they don't lose ALL fullness by the time all's said and done! :)
