Pics after 3rd body wrap

To start off, this weeks official weigh in was Wed. I am down 4 lbs since last week!!!! Way to go! And I don't think it's from being sick b/c I've just been trying harder to not eating anything closer to a slider food. No exercise yet but I think today is the day! Today I am down to 227.2!!!

So I had my 3rd body wrap done yesterday! This time I had the sugar buster wrap, instead of the body lift wrap. I lost 22.4 inches total. I don't have the paper to stipulate where it all came off, but I remember an inch in each bicept and 1 to 1 1/2 inches from my ribs, waist, abs, hips, etc going down. So the pics in the blue panties are from AFTEr my 2nd wrap in December. New ones are from today!

me Fri am, I felt so cute in my Reba concert tee (size L) and my Old Navy Diva jeans!!! I had Riley take a pic of me! Love it!

Went to Usery Pass alone Thur afternoon to clear my head of drama. It was peaceful walking around and doing photography.

    Hey look at that waist emerging! Nice. Those wraps do seem to help a little.
    The lake looks peaceful - and what a beautiful day you had (was that the day you took the boys fishing?) There's a learning curve for all of you - they lose the hooks and you spend most time casting in for them lol. Hope you had fun.

    I think they do help a little, don't know if I'll do another one for awhile b/c even though they said I had a huge loss, the comparison pics don't look that much different to me. So we'll see.

    Those river pics were from when I went out alone on Thursday to clear my head. I took the boys fishin' today and I'll post those tonight or in the next day or so.

Woah...dude...it has been FOR-EV-ER!!!

Well here I am, once again starring at a computer screen to share my life or a story with an audience I cannot touch or see. Let's get MENTAL!!!

...Lol, that makes me think "Let's get physical, physical, physical"!!! (emailed myself while at gym) There's this skinny chic at the gym I was watching run. Had to be 110-120 lbs. She ran a 13 min mile. I thought her tiny body could've gone much faster, my sister does!! (Go Jennypoo!) But she had super perfect form. Her arms and shoulders never faltered, go her! Seriously though, I think she was running on her tip toes, I'll have to try that. Hehe! THEN this hot, hot guy gets on a treadmill and sets it at 6.0 (!!) For his warm up! Damn it man!!!! Yes, I am a people watcher...keeps me entertained! :P (after gym) Running: So I couldn't run on my toes. Did my best to run my 1 mile (to check my speed) and I did it in 14.2 minutes. Not awful, but I did struggle. Maybe the leg soreness… Cycling: Then I did 6.3 miles cycling and I swear I thought I was gonna die!!! (Half way thru!)
