37.5 lbs down!!!



Welllllll now technically I'm 37.5 lbs down and ONLY 0.5 lbs away from a goal. The goal is 240 lbs b/c that will take me from the "morbidly obese" category, to just "obese", WHICH IS AN AWESOME THING!!!

i'M STOKED! I still have major restriction today. Breakfast was capaccinno and string cheese. Lunch was a half tuna sandwich on wheat w/ 1/2 cup of minestrone soup. Felt TOO full about 30 mins later, lots of burping.

then when I got home I had string cheese and strawberry yogurt for a snack. My parents are ordering pizza tonight. I don't know what I'll do. I asked them not to, it's a huge weakness of mine. But I have a goal to meet by Wed to be down to 237 lbs by Wed and it's IS far fetched but I guess anything is possible to lose 3.5 lbs in 2 days. I have done that before. We'll see. So probably not gonna happen if I have pizza so I'll have to find me some soup or something. That sounds good, chicken noodle soup w/ a few crackers.

Well, that's it for me today. I need to get on here and explain the medical news w/ Joe lately b/c so much new, crappy things have happened but I'm in too good of a mood right now to talk about it. So maybe tonight or tomorrow.
