I DID IT! I walk/jog'ed!!! I did 1.6 miles total in 35 minutes. Mostly walking but I did 3 stints of jogging and it felt soooo good! These pics of me are post-workout.
So I was showing my mom that previous vlog about "I have no clue when I'll work out" and she said "why don't you just go now?" and I'm like "what? I didn't think you'd want to stay w/ the kids for me to go do it during the day?". I was so surprised. But within an hour I had Konnor in bed, got all ready and went. I had 30 mins, per my mom, so I didn't go as far as planned. I walk/jogged for 15 mins then turned around to head back.
Right here where we live there are some great milestones to indicate 1/4 of a mile, 1/2 a mile, and 1 mile, so on and so on. So I could visually see how far until I got to the mile part. It was good! I'm going to shoot for tomorrow and then I'll come up w/ a gameplan for during the week. The morning thing was a no go! Not successful!

ReplyDeleteHere is what I think you should do: Plan to exercise both Sat and Sun, then sneak in at least one time during the week. Since it sounds like your weekdays are tough, put in your time on the weekend. If you can bargain for 45 mins, even better. Think of it as your time alone, to relax and feel good.

Forgot to say - how cute you look in your workout gear! You are looking great and your shape is really nice. Keep run/walking and it will get even better!

ReplyDeleteGen- thanks I like the outfit too and I do love my shape b/c I'm figuring I'll keep my round butt and boobs while losing weight! One can only hope right!
