Hello darlin' !!!

So incase I forgot to anounce, this is the tattoo I decided on. I'm super stoked! This is the logo for the University I just started at last night. I'm really excited.
I sat down tonight to start some intro classes and I was anticipating it to suck. But no, big surprise, it's been cool, informative, and interesting. I'm glad! So now I'm just stoked to get through this intro class and then start on my first subject. I should take me about 3-4 yrs from now to complete my Bachelor's degree in Elem Education AND do the 9 mth internship. so, I'm excited!
WI is tomorrow and I hope it goes well. My eating has been so on point with no snacking and very few treats. I FEEEEEEEL so much thinner and just...good!!!! I just hope the scale agrees w/ me and shows me some loss so I can continue to be motivated!!!
b/c I broke my att phone and nobody had my Verizon number, my ex nate couldn't get ahold of me. This is only an issue b/c he's Konnor's dad and he lives in arkansas where we are visiting in 7 days. so I called his parents today to get his cell or give him mine, and his mom bitched me out for 30 mins about how I'm not giving nate the full 7 days of visitation like the judge said. Well I'm not doing that b/c I can't afford to be out there THAT long and that THAT much time off work. So then tonight when I finally got to tlak to nate himself, he was surprisingly cooperative. Maybe the fact that he's newly engaged and getting married this weekend, has something to do with it. But he was cool w/ my plans and the times he's going to see Konnor. He said he wants Thanksgiving and I get Christmas, this will be our FIRST OFFICIAL YEAR sharing the holidays since our split 2 1/2 years ago. Joy Joy!
Whatever, that is boring non-weight loss stuff. Hope for 243 on my scale tomorrow!

Woah...dude...it has been FOR-EV-ER!!!

Well here I am, once again starring at a computer screen to share my life or a story with an audience I cannot touch or see. I came to this blog because I am trying to get into my writing professionally part-time to follow this huge passion of mine and in doing so I had to find and share the links to a blog I "used" to write on. In coming back here and exploring a bit I feel great nostalgia for the blogging community that helped me become who I am, helped me lose weight, helped me face fears, changed the very person I am to my CORE so many years ago! Let's get MENTAL!!!

...Lol, that makes me think "Let's get physical, physical, physical"!!! (emailed myself while at gym) There's this skinny chic at the gym I was watching run. Had to be 110-120 lbs. She ran a 13 min mile. I thought her tiny body could've gone much faster, my sister does!! (Go Jennypoo!) But she had super perfect form. Her arms and shoulders never faltered, go her! Seriously though, I think she was running on her tip toes, I'll have to try that. Hehe! THEN this hot, hot guy gets on a treadmill and sets it at 6.0 (!!) For his warm up! Damn it man!!!! Yes, I am a people watcher...keeps me entertained! :P (after gym) Running: So I couldn't run on my toes. Did my best to run my 1 mile (to check my speed) and I did it in 14.2 minutes. Not awful, but I did struggle. Maybe the leg soreness… Cycling: Then I did 6.3 miles cycling and I swear I thought I was gonna die!!! (Half way thru!) But I had a glorious finish with an average of 4.7 min/mile, hooty...
