This week's WI Day!

In light of my soon trip to Arkie, I thought I'd add a pic of where I'm from. This is a pic of Walnut Ridge, Ark old main street. This is a good example of the old small towns around the area where I'm from. This town is next to the town where my BFF lives and where we will be staying. it's super cute!
This is Greers Ferry Lake in Heber Springs, Arkansas where I was born. We only lived there a few yrs after that, but we vacationed there a few summers. It's a beautiful place! hence, making me the water baby I am today!


So I was so satisfied w/ this am's results. I weighed in at 249 but I am baffled b/c the last few days I felt so thin and fabulous and it showed inmy clothes. I had this XL top from OldNavy that NEVER fit me, it was always too small. I wore it yesterday and it was even baggy. And mywhite dress pants size 20 are too big now after I wear them an hour.


However, i did wake up super bloated this morning. It is not (.) time, so I have no clue why. I thought over what I ate yesterday to see if maybe I had a high sodium day butI don't think I did. Oh well! I'd still like to shoot for 240 before my Ark trip in 6 days so that is a super HIGH goal but maybe it's possible if I lose the bloat and work my ass out!


I will try. I don't need to BE anything to go back there, I just want to feel good about myself. The the last week I was feeling good so I just need to add the exercise to step it up. Now w/ school work every night I'll have LESs time to do it but maybe I can talk myself into squeezing in at least 30 mins/night.

    Another Arkie here :) I'm in Little Rock and want to warn you that it's cold here this week (except for today). We are having storms tonight and a cold front will be moving through. Congrats on your great weight loss!!

    Oh yeah I have the weekly forecast for ark on my computer 24/7 just for fun. But all my friends and family on facebook keep me updated on the weather. currently I'm trying to decide if we take take sweater jackets or real jackets? haha! I heard today they had flood rains where my fam lives and a friend who's a patrol cop joked about having to take a boat out tonight to patrol. And my sister said "we might need an ark, sometime soon" so I'm guessin' it was lots and lots of rain!

    I don't like rain that much, hence, why I love AZ so much!

Woah...dude...it has been FOR-EV-ER!!!

Well here I am, once again starring at a computer screen to share my life or a story with an audience I cannot touch or see. I came to this blog because I am trying to get into my writing professionally part-time to follow this huge passion of mine and in doing so I had to find and share the links to a blog I "used" to write on. In coming back here and exploring a bit I feel great nostalgia for the blogging community that helped me become who I am, helped me lose weight, helped me face fears, changed the very person I am to my CORE so many years ago! Let's get MENTAL!!!

...Lol, that makes me think "Let's get physical, physical, physical"!!! (emailed myself while at gym) There's this skinny chic at the gym I was watching run. Had to be 110-120 lbs. She ran a 13 min mile. I thought her tiny body could've gone much faster, my sister does!! (Go Jennypoo!) But she had super perfect form. Her arms and shoulders never faltered, go her! Seriously though, I think she was running on her tip toes, I'll have to try that. Hehe! THEN this hot, hot guy gets on a treadmill and sets it at 6.0 (!!) For his warm up! Damn it man!!!! Yes, I am a people watcher...keeps me entertained! :P (after gym) Running: So I couldn't run on my toes. Did my best to run my 1 mile (to check my speed) and I did it in 14.2 minutes. Not awful, but I did struggle. Maybe the leg soreness… Cycling: Then I did 6.3 miles cycling and I swear I thought I was gonna die!!! (Half way thru!) But I had a glorious finish with an average of 4.7 min/mile, hooty...
