42 lbs down & bandiversary!
This morning my hard work showed on the scale bringing me down to 236.2 lbs! Making it a 4.6 lbs loss in 3 days! I guess that's what happens when you follow the liquid diet plan 95% and workout like a crazy person. I'm gonna have to do this workout junk more often, haha! Let's hope I've found what I can stick w/. Another pound and I'll hit a goal of beating my WW lowest in 2006. With WW I got down to 235 and only maintained it for a week before quitting the program and starting to gain. So I will be excited to get to that goal b/c it symbolizes so much to me, mainly the fact that this is slow and steady and I don't really have to worry about putting all the weight back on. So close to 50 down, omg!
OH AND I JUST REALIZED IT IS MY 6 MTH BANDIVERSARY! SO THAT IS AN AVERAGE OF 7 LBS/MTH AND A WHOLE LOT OF INNER GROWTH! I'M SUPER PROUD OF HOW FAR i'VE COME!!!
IN THE LAST 6 MTHS I HAVE:
GONE DOWN 2 SIZES IN JEANS
DOWN 2 SIZES IN TOPS
DOWN 2 SIZES IN PANTIES
DOWN 3 SIZES IN A BRA
DOWN 2 SIZES IN SPANX
DOWN 1/2 SIZE IN SHOES
GREW 1/2 INCH SOMEWHERE, HAHA!
GOT MY SELF RESPECT BACK
FOUND MY CONFIDENCE AGAIN
BROUGHT SEXY BACK
GOT NEW BANGS
STARTED BACK TO COLLEGE, AGAIN.
QUIT SODA, AGAIN.
LOST LIKE 55 INCHES, OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
GOT A NEW TATTOO!
GOT BACK INTO WRITTING AGAIN!!!
xoxo,
Liz

The last 6 months have been wonderful to you! I can only imagine what the next 6 will bring. Congrats on the great progress.
ReplyDeleteAmazing Liz. When you put it like that in writing. I have been following your blog for a while and it's easy to think you as always having been this skinny minnie gal but hell yeah, you've come a long way baby!!!

Happy Holidays :)
Thanks for sharing your blog post that the tattoo was shown in, I guess I just forgot! It is a beautiful tattoo!
ReplyDeleteMy 2nd one in on my left calf & my oldest Daughter is just now (after a year & a half) getting used to seeing it on me & not being embarrassed to be seen with me!! She is ultra religious & in the mind set that you shouldn't disrespect the body that God gave you!!
I'm already considering a 3rd one (they are addictive aren't they?) even though this 2nd one hurt like hell!!
But your tattoo is absolutely beautiful!
See I get the whole "religious" thing w/ tattoos but I am a Christian (not a fan of A religion, per say) but all of mine mean something to me, they are special, important, and none were done on a whim. They took a long time to plan and think about. And my second one is a tattoo on my wrist that says "jesus freak" so after that, some of the relgious people in my family laid off.
ReplyDeleteYEA for Liz!!!! CONGRATS!!! (But where did you grow 1/2 inch? I must've missed something somewhere.)
ReplyDeletebandita- I don't think I talked about it on here but I had heard that happens when people lose weight, I assume maybe standing up straighter. And losing a half a size in shoes, I don't know how that happens but I've heard of ithappening.
