Before's and Now's! ;-)
June 2009 - 2 weeks before Surgery, 273 lbs
June 2009 - Morning of surgery 269 lbs
December 2010 - 210 lbs-ish
Still got a ways to go! But proud of the distance I've already traveled! I love picture posts, hope you do too!
I just spent a little bit goin through my weightloss pictures. I've always kept an album titled "weightloss pics" and just saved 'em all by date. Today I went through and created folders for '09, '10, and now '11. Organized those all and I'm going to begin to make my weightloss scrapbook. I'll be doing an online photobook and then you just buy it and they mail it to you. I'm very excited! Of course, it won't be done. But I'm starting to feel alittle motivation creep in, anxious to run my next run, anxious to sign up for my next race, and excited to lose the next 20 lbs! All I can focus on right now is the next 20! I just need to add exercise back to my life, that's the key to MY success and the only thing I've missed lately. My eating has NEVER been perfect, not even close to perfect. Exercising has given me the majority of the success I've had and it's the ONE thing I cannot let go of!
So just to compare close up...
xoxo,
Libby Lou!
