
These are the pills I take for energy, ie. my caffeine pills. They say they are a dietary supplement, all natural, just w/ added caffeine. They help me concentrate, make me not physically hungry, and not draggin' butt tired. According to Amy, I will probably be able to quit these when I get on a B12 supplement. I've taken these on/off since 2003. Started them when I was delivering papers at midnight everynight to stay awake while I threw my route.

A pic of me and my cousin at her daughter's party today! I swear I only shopped my side off b/c I had a little pit ring and, ok ok my arm looked super fat! If I would've seen this pic when it was taken I would've just posed w/ my arm differently, but I didn't notice until I got home today. I felt super cute and girly in the dress and I think it went well w/ my gold sandals! YOu can see she's a shorty (4'11) and I'm lowering my head to pose w/ her which makes me look ackward. she needs to grow! haha!

I'm not really smiling here but I love love love this top! It's so frilly and flirting and navy has always been a good color for my complection. I had my arm on the arm rest that's why it looks like my collar bone is sticking out. Can't wait until it naturally does.

A newer top from Old navy that I loveee! Pretty simple blue w/ ruffley loose sleeves, embroidering around the collar. I like this shade of blue on me as well!

I guess I added this pic to show you how I SWEAR the end of my nose swells when I'm on my (.) I don't know why. I'm not daydreaming though b/c my mom has even noticed. This only happens when I'm on BC. Darn it!

I have batwings, too. SO I totally understand. My inner thighs look like batwings, too!!
What kind of multivitamin are you taking? I was crushing up a women's vitamin for women looking to get pg. It is GIANT and with all the crushing I am not taking it as often as I should (read: I am LAZY!!!). I'm looking to see what other bandsters use?
lele- I mostly did chicken tenderloins last weekend. I would put 2-3 to a container. I cooked them in bbq sauce, spices, italian spices and/or a lemon/pepper marinade i bought. I cooked them all diff ways to have a variety!
ReplyDeleteBrooke- I did a blog a mth or so ago about the vitamin. The one I take is "One a day women's Active" and it's is a reg vitamin formulated for woman but has 120mg of a caffeine/herb blend to give you more energy.
For pre-pregnancy I'd make sure to add the folic acid, iron, and fish oil. Fish oil before/during pregnancy has been linked to children having a higher IQ in life. It is also a good mood stabilizer, it has the same effect as an antidepressant. Tastes bad though so you just have to experiment w/ which one you like. why crush? I take mine whole and I haven't had a problem yet. Will I not be able to do that once I'm at the sweet spot?
Do you see your collar bones in those pictures? NICE! I dont think I have any. I hear you about the arms. This weekend I saw mine with some bad lighting and I almost didnt want to leave the house. :(
ReplyDeleteI dont think the b-12's will give you the same amount of energy you get from the caffenine. Esp if you have been taken those things for so long! But they might help some.
Love your clothes! I've gotta go to Old Navy. Waiting to drop maybe 10 pounds more then I'm going to get me some cute tops. Right now I hate everything I'm wearing which is not good for the self-esteem!
