Upcoming fun!

I can't beleive this weekend is Riley's 5th birthday party and our Labor Day BBQ. Then next weekend we are spending the weekend in San diego with family. I'm so excited! Then just 3 or 4 wks after that we are going to Arkansas to visit. I love traveling!!!

Weight wise I'm doing good. I got down to 252 then shot up to 257 which I assumed was water weight b/c of bloating and pms'y. So I started a diuretic and I lost back down to 253 and I'm sitting there. I'm fine with that. I'm focusing on no drinking while I eat (b/c that's my one major cheat) and I'm stoked to continue losing. I hate water weight!!!

Going to do the belly dancing again tonight. I will have to take a pic of me w/ my bright orange head scarf tied around my hips, haha! My boys kept saying "what are you doing mommy?" and then 20 mins into my 5 yo runs back in and sees me doing the whole sequence and says "how did you learn all that so fast mommy?" haha! they are too cute! i'm just like "this is called learning. i saw, i copied, I learned." hehe!.

i wish I could work out midday b/c right now at work i have a ton of energy and I feel like doing a boot camp kick your ass workout...but I'm not, I'm at work. I just wish I still had this energy by the time I get home.

  3. Yeah I do it at home. I have the FIT TV channel on my satellite. It's about 95% exercise shows and 5% healthy cooking shows, it's awesome. So I just record a few diff ones; aerobics, kickboxing, belly dancing, hip hop dancing, etc and I can choose the variety I want. I've only tried the belly dancing so far. Tonight I'm hoping to follow through with an aerobic, high energy one.

  4. Sounds as though you have the idea now give yourself a push and exercise! You know you can do it...Make the time and watch the skin get tighter...any surgery you do not need is best..work it off. Muscle weighs more than fat. go girl go. Great moms exercie with their kids. Run, hide, play & laugh enjoy your boys. They are soooo cute.. Good luck KB
