Restriction

This is day3 after fill3. For breakfast I just had the rockin refuel choc milk.

Lunch was 1/2 of a tuna sandwich on wheat-felt STUFFED.

dinner was 2 scrambled eggs w/ some cheddar/jack cheese-FEEL STUFFED-OLA!

THIS IS GOOD! THIS IS GOOD! My stomach is feeling full. I mean seriously, after the tuna sandwich and the bread (even tho it was wheat) I felt like I'd eaten a whole pizza. So literally I'll have to cut back on it and maybe try 3/4 of the 1/2 a sandwich.

Oh and bonus-I just discovered that at work in our cafe they will let you order a half sandwich. They just do one piece of bread and split it. Awesome! I HATE wasting stuff. So if I come illprepared w/ my own food, then I'll be opting for a half sandwich of tuna b/c it's cram packed full of protein!!!

  3. I sure hope the pounds melt away. I'm TRYING to limit myself to weighing twice a week and it's been so hard. I've thought about it at least twice a day. I weighed this morning but I'm not going to write it down anywhere b/c I may fluctuate. we'll see.
