House stuff

Ok so by request from some comments, this is some house stuff. I feel kinda weird postin' pics of the one I like b/c by no means is it anywhere near MY HOUSE, buttttt, I won't disclose it's location. haha! So here goes...

As an example, this is a crap house in QC. Dirt nothing back yard and you see the neighbors behind, it's just so smothering. You can tipy toe and see all their business. I'm a pretty private person when it comes to my home and what I do in my backyard.
This is THE HOUSE! A cute simple front w/ some rock trim, cute!

And THIS is the backyard. Fabulousness!!! a HUGE lot w/ nobody behind. You can see the mountains in the distance peeking over, so peaceful. And this is facing west, so I'm sure bountiful sunsets await! I'm in love with it. The entire massive yard is just green grass, so that means plenty of opportunity for extended patio, veggie garden, rose garden, flower beds, sand lots, storing a future RV (a girl can dream, right). You get my point! This is rare to find, and its' only $71,000. Wowsa!!!
I'm debating driving out there tonight to take a peek around.
Ohhh and I kinda have a realtor. A friend of mine does it part time and I work w/ her at her full time job. I met her at work and she seemed cool so I referred my parents to her when they bought their house last year. She was stupid in the house buying stuff. She couldn't answer any questions, was unorganized for house showings, was late for stuff, didn't return calls, etc. So when I do finally buy a house, it won't be through her. I have talked to her about getting a lockbox code to "peek" at a house even though I wasn't ready to buy, but I'm going to have to stop that or she'll catch on.
I'm sitting here now enjoying such a peaceful moment. My boys are asleep and I'm having a class of wine, listening to kenny G, and just finished enjoying a cigarette in my heels. haha! why the heels you say? Well I don't know. I have this thing where I like to walk around the house in heels sometimes, just for fun. Makes me feel sexy. I like to do the whole "wear heels n smoke" thing every so often. Makes me feel like marilyn monroe for a moment. I'm a weird girl, I'm aware. haha!

    I can see where that first backyard would be depressing and make you feel closed in. The second house is niiiice!

    God, $70 grand? That is so good. I want to move down there! We're still doing good here economy wise, no real crash, so our real estate market is still redonculous. God, $70 K for a nice house is very tempting!

    Yeah the house prices crashed drastically b/c we were one of those metros w/ "inflated" house prices to begin with. Which basically means, they were overcharing you but you could nothing about it if you wanted a decent place. Now everything is really realistic priced, even below other metros. That's why I've wanted to buy for the last year and a half and the prices just keep falling and falling.

Woah...dude...it has been FOR-EV-ER!!!

Well here I am, once again starring at a computer screen to share my life or a story with an audience I cannot touch or see. I came to this blog because I am trying to get into my writing professionally part-time to follow this huge passion of mine and in doing so I had to find and share the links to a blog I "used" to write on. Let's get MENTAL!!!

...Lol, that makes me think "Let's get physical, physical, physical"!!! (emailed myself while at gym) There's this skinny chic at the gym I was watching run. Had to be 110-120 lbs. She ran a 13 min mile. I thought her tiny body could've gone much faster, my sister does!! (Go Jennypoo!) But she had super perfect form. Her arms and shoulders never faltered, go her! Seriously though, I think she was running on her tip toes, I'll have to try that. Hehe! THEN this hot, hot guy gets on a treadmill and sets it at 6.0 (!!) For his warm up! Damn it man!!!! Yes, I am a people watcher...keeps me entertained! :P (after gym) Running: So I couldn't run on my toes. Did my best to run my 1 mile (to check my speed) and I did it in 14.2 minutes. Not awful, but I did struggle. Maybe the leg soreness… Cycling: Then I did 6.3 miles cycling and I swear I thought I was gonna die!!! (Half way thru!) But I had a glorious finish with an average of 4.7 min/mile, hooty...
