Ahhhhh, a new day!

Well today if my 5th day of no weight loss. I promise to not bitch, complain, or call my MD until I've added at least a fulfl week of exercise b/c I have not exercised yet. I don't know why, I know how important it is. And get this, my body responds quickly to weight loss. Yet I still don't do it. I'm weird. I need to step to it.

BTW, Much better mood after yesterday. Only had the 1 smoke and nothing after that. I had 2 hrs to myself to relax and then clean. When my babies came home I was so happy to see them. We laughed, played, and had a great day the remainder of the day. Konnor does have some issues and I'm seeking out new alternatives to helping him mellow out a bit. I think my next approach is putting him in a sport to "burn up" that energy.

So, this week I'm focusing on losing 5 lbs (the last 2 lbs I gained in a day, wtf) so lose those 2 again plus additional 3. Working out. No snacking. No drinking w/ meal. Let you know how it pans out.

  2. Sometimes I go 2 weeks not losing even though I am doing everything right. It is a sucky feeling though, but give it some time!
