My new Vitamin!!!



this is the vitamin I'm taking now. My nutritionist said I just NEEd a multi-vitamin but I am allowed to do extra stuff. so this is formulated for women plus has a little bit (180mg) of a caffeine blend. Gives you a slight, wonderful, not jittery boost! FYI- FDA advices not to use more than 250mg of caffeine per day. Most energy drinks contain 250-300mg. Some people may have been told caffeine is a no-no but my nutritionist said it is fine but remember it is a NATURAL DIURETIC! So you will need to drink a little extra water to compensate.

  1. Are these a fizzy kind of tablet that you put in water, like Berocca? Or a normal one you swallow?
    I tried to take a normal vitamin (that said, it was a horse tablet.. huge) and the bugger got stuck for about a half hour. So I chugged tons of water. Now I stick to a liquid. Takes yuck but does the job :)

  2. Interesting bc I dont get any caffenine...not bc i was told not too, but bc I cant have my regular sunkist anymore, and dont like diet...and I dont drink coffee or tea...I might look into these after I finish my suppository sized multi vitamins.

  3. So far so good!!! I have always been a "caffeine" addict! Even when I quit sodas I still had 1-3 Monster energy drinks a day. When I finally quit those, I still took a caffeine-vitamin blend energy pill daily that has 250mg of caffeine and it keeps me active, concentrated, and kinda bubbly from 8am to 10pm. It's wonderful! But I wanted to cut back a touch on the caffeine b/c I figure as I lose weight I'll be more "naturally energetic". So these have 130mg of caffeine and it's fine. I just run out of energy around 7pm instead of 10pm. So my nights are shot at being productive, oh well. I need more sleep anyway.
