Bra DRAMA!!!

Ok so I need bra advice!!! I have this part on my body I hate with all sorts of passion. It's the "under arm pit fat", like another boob or something. I've talked to a trainer about what to do to get rid of it and he said just KEEP EXERCISING AND KEEP DOING CARDIO. So I'm doing that. And YES, it is smaller than it used to be. But I was thinking lately, "Maybe it's my bra"?? Or at least maybe my bra makes it worse and more noticeable. I have NEVER worn a "full coverage" bra even when I was measured at 40DD and was falling out of THAT bra. Because I prefer clevage and pushing up of sorts. Any "full coverage" bra I've tried on holds the boobies down or where they should be, but doesn't push 'em up. I want push up!!!

So this pic below is the kind of bra I wear. Obviously this chic doesn't have to worry about the roll thing I have. But just imagine, that bra, and like a roll hanging OVER that bra strap! UGH! I hate it! Now that I wear tanks and "tighter" tops, my "bra strap fat roll" is very noticable from behind, I'VE SEEN PROOF IN PICTURES! Blah! Ugh! It's BAddddddd!

So this bra below is considered "full coverage" by VS and I'm wondering if it'd "hold in" or "hide" that roll I have???? Hmmmm.... You know maybe keep it IN the bra b/c the side band is "wider" or "higher". I dunno.

So please, give me your opinions. Tell me what kind of bra YOU wear! Have you found one that is wonderful for you?? And now I'm "unofficially" a 36D (haven't been measured in a bit but that's what fits all over). So please ADVISE!!!!

xoxo,
Lizzle

  1. I am still too fat for VS bras and I definitely have the under arm or back boobs! It sucks! I look forward to reading some comments on some good under arm/back boob bras! lol!

  2. My sister works at VS and she helped a friend of mine with a similar problem....sometimes all you need to do is try a "sister size" of the bra that you normally wear. What you do is increase or decrease the band size based on if you increase or decrease your cup size. For example if you are a 36 D your sister sizes are 38 C and 34 DD...next time you are at the mall grab them and see if one of your "sisters" works out better.
