Scale made me frown today...

Weight this morning is frustrating. But I am trying to keep my "insane in the membrane" in check here. My weight is 210, after working out for 7 hrs this week, all cardio. I had hoped for more. However, let me remind myself that I started this past Mon weighing 215, I don't know why. I had gained about 5 lbs this past weekend. So getting back down to 210 kinda feels like I did nothing this past week, but I know that I really did. I just wish I wasn't re-losing weight. Nothing tastes more sour than that. But I pulled off a "5 pounder" kinda week and so I know what it'll take next week if I want to see 205.

So I'm not gonna be bummed about it (much longer) and I won't gorge myself with food b/c I'm sad. I'll just go about my day, be good, be well, and be happy I'm at least headed in the right direction. "199" is posted ALL over my house! :D Soon, very soon!

  5. you're doing great! frustrating though that it's so easy to pack on 5lbs in a weekend and then need a week of intense dedication to get rid of it.... but you did it and that's what matters

  6. Doesn't a 5 lb weekend sound so riduclous? LOL! I know it does and I know most of us do it. I'm just glad to be over that hump, have ya'll support, and be headed towards 199 at a rapid pace!
